VOWs Ceremony Booking & Service Steps
Below are the basic steps involved to secure and experience your Virtual Online Wedding or Renewal of Vows Ceremony:
Via our Booking Form below, email, telephone or social media message, please make sure your preferred date and time are available, and let us know which type of ceremony you prefer.
In order to reserve your VOWs Ceremony and Pre-Ceremony VideoCall, a 50% Deposit payment is required via your choice of:
a) PayPal
b) Zelle
c) Payoneer
d) International bank wire transfer to our company bank account
In a confirmation email before the pre-ceremony video call, the Virtual Minister will ask for your payment method preference.

Upon receipt of your Deposit payment, we will formally block off your dates/times. The Virtual Minister will also send you a basic Outline of the ceremony, plus a "Tech Tips" guide that provides some good advice on how to set up for the best possible VOWs ceremony experience.
During the Pre-ceremony Video Call, the Virtual Minister will check your sound, lighting and positions, as well as finalize presentation details, such as special effects, borders & backgrounds. He'll also get your input on preferred elements in the ceremony, such as exchange of personal and ring vows, while learning any personal info or anecdotes you might want him to work into the proceedings.
During the Pre-ceremony Video Call, the Virtual Minister will check your sound, lighting and positions, as well as finalize presentation details, such as special effects, borders & backgrounds. Latest 1-2 days before your Main Ceremony date make the balance payment.
After a quick hello and final check of your sound, lighting and positioning, we'll start the proceedings.
Be ready for a lovely techno-wedding experience as the Virtual Minister smoothly takes you step-by-step through the emotionally moving proceedings.
Shortly after finishing, the Virtual Minister will send you digital copies of your symbolic VOWs Ceremony Certificate (.doc and .pdf) via email.
Links to download both the HD Video recording of your full ceremony, and also a shorter video clip of just your Slideshow Intro (both .mp4 file), will be sent to you usually within 24-36 hr. after your event, as it takes some time to edit and upload the results.

Important Notes before booking a VOWs ceremony:
- Unless a couple already has the proper legalities pre-arranged, the Virtual Minister only performs symbolic, not legal ceremonies.
- Except urgent situations, 24 hours notice is highly recommended for any ceremony booking.
